Home Information

ARRIVAL
To unlock the front door, press the checkmark icon in the bottom left corner to activate the screen of the lock. Enter the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

PARKING
Parking is located in front of the property. There are no assigned spaces, but there are 18 total and it is recommended to be courteous and use 6 spaces per chalet. 

TV
This unit features two TVs located in the living room and in the 1st level bedroom. The living room TV has access to the Rogers standard cable package and a Roku streaming device. The TV in the 1st level bedroom is a Smart TV. You have access to Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc. You will require your own login details to access them. Don't forget to log out before leaving!

FIREPLACE
This property has a gas fireplace located in the living room. There is a remote located on the wall next to the couch to turn the fireplace on/off. Please make sure to turn off the fireplace when finished.

HEATING & COOLING
The thermostat is located on the wall in the main floor hallway next to the washer/dryer. You can adjust the temperature as required. Upon leaving please adjust it back to 18 degrees celsius.

BBQ
A BBQ is provided. We ask that you please clean the grill after use and turn off the gas source when finished.

COFFEE
A drip coffee maker is provided in the unit. As stated in the listing, please bring your own coffee and filters as these are not currently provided.

DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pod inside, then choose a cycle/start. The cycle will begin. We kindly ask for any dirty dishes to be loaded into the dishwasher and the load started prior to departure.

WASHER AND DRYER
There is a washer and dryer on the main floor.

HOT TUB
The heat should be set to a max temp of 104. Please keep the cover on when not in use. Hot tubs are cleaned after each stay so it may not be set to the maximum temperature upon arrival.

Please note that per the Town of Blue Mountains By-law 2021-70 that governs short term accommodations, the use of outdoor hot tubs and or outdoor pools between the hours of 11pm and 7am is not permitted. Failure to adhere to this by-law may result in a fine from the Town of Blue Mountains.


LINENS AND TOWELS
All bed linens and towels are provided for your stay! Upon checking out, we'd be grateful if any used towels could be placed in the shower or bathtub.


GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the wooden garbage bin located outside the front entrance. We appreciate your efforts to help us keep this home clean!


House Rules

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.

SMOKING
Keep it fresh and smoke free in the unit! Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.

DAMAGE
Please report any damage immediately to the Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.

PETS
Your furry friend is welcome to tag along! However, if you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
